Referral Program - Terms of Service

How It Works

1. You refer a new client to Atlantic Dominion Solutions ("ADS") for any of the following services: ADS Mantis for EC2, ADS Mantis Hosting, or ADS Web Development.
2. You send us the details of your referral via email so we know to expect a call.
3. The new client contacts ADS, informs us that they were referred by you, and signs an Agreement with ADS for the Services.
4. For each new referred client for ADS Web Development, ADS will send you $500.

Eligibility

• This offer applies to anyone interested in earning a generous one-time fee for bringing a customer to ADS. We handle all billing and customer service after the initial referral so you have no continuing obligation.
• Payments will be sent within 10 days after your referral remains a customer in good standing with ADS for at least 30 days.
• This offer not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.

Program Terms

• Referral payments must be for new ADS Web Development customers.
• Payments will not be applied retroactively.
• ADS reserves the right to revoke payments for violations to its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial change in business circumstances.
• Details of the program are subject to change without notice.

Payment Limits

• No limit applies to the number of individual payments that can be rewarded for individual referrals.
• Payments are one-time for each new referred customer.
