Style du Jour
Style du Jour is an online solution for organizing clothes and accessories that help to simplify life, keep up with the latest fashions, and create personal styles. Style du Jour is a community where anyone can keep a virtual inventory of their clothes and accessories, learn about new fashion trends, and share feedback on clothes with friends
Our Solution Using Ruby on Rails we created a user centric system that allows anyone to create an account, create a virtual closet, and share that closet with friends:
- Advanced Image Formatting – Using RMagic we provide an easy way for users to add items to their closet.
- AJAX Drag and Drop – A healthy dose of AJAX gives users the ability to drag and drop items into different orders.
- Tagging – Now an expected feature of any site, users can easily tag and find outfits.
- Friends – Adding friends is simple, and who doesn’t like to share their new outfit with a friend?
