Target applications include customer relationship management, sales force automation, customer service management, project management, collaboration and information sharing. Its specifically designed for the smaller business, enabling information to be presented in a business context, and shared between users, without the cost and complexity of typical business software.
Widespread Solutions, LLC is incorporated in Illinois, USA. It provides software based services including the Front Office Box service and custom development of business applications based upon Front Office Box. Front Office Box Ltd. is incorporated in Scotland. It develops software for delivery in the software as a service model.
