GHive.com
GHive.com is a complete re-write and overhaul of the online surfing community created by the guys at RepYourBreak.com. The original RYB site, written in PHP, was becoming unwieldy to manage and adding features too much of a hassle. Aaron Meisenheimer and Tye Wallace, the brains behind RepYourBreak, contacted Atlantic Dominion Solutions to recreate their online community using Ruby on Rails. Tye and Aaron, graphic artists by day, introduced their vision of what GHive.com was to become, and to look like. Four months later, RYB and ADS are happy to announce the official launch of the new GHive.com.
The wealth of features, intuitive user interface, and ability to join your local and the global surfing community make GHive a powerful place for surfers everywhere to congregate and promote their breaks, or favorite surfing spots (for those of us not in the know).
